Initial Health Consultation
I would love to help anyone who is looking for a holistic approach to their lives and health. First, I will ask you to fill out an intake form which will ask you about all aspects of your life. Next, we will talk about the reason for your visit and your personal wellness goals. I will use non-invasive methods such as Iridology and Muscle Response Testing to pinpoint areas that may need focus. I will then go over all of the data I have collected to discuss my suggestions for you in the areas of sleep, water intake, diet, exercise, stress-management, emotions, environmental exposures, vitamins/minerals and supplements, if necessary. You also might find me recommending essential oils, homeopathic remedies, herbs in the form of tinctures or capsules, flower remedies or simply teaching you a new breathing technique. Whatever I recommend, know it will be personalized for you at this current time of your life.

Foot Reflexology
What is Reflexology? There are reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all of the organs, glands and parts of the body. When we use the thumb and forefinger to put pressure on these areas, we can have a positive effect on the corresponding areas. Reflexology can:
relieve stress and tension,
improve blood flow,
promote the unblocking of nerve impulses
help the body find balance.
So what can you expect? You will lay or sit (whichever you prefer) with your feet and ankles uncovered. I will use specific techniques to stimulate each area of the foot using mostly my thumbs and forefingers. I also use non-gmo corn starch to smooth the process. It can be a very relaxing experience. Many people fall asleep! If desired, I will finish the session by rubbing your feet with an oil blend containing essential oils.

Quantum Clay Therapy
An ancient healing modality using highly nutritive mud to restore energetic disruptions in the body due to injury, stress, trauma, or surgery.
